Maintenance Overview All EnviroTRAZ products are easy and inexpensive to maintain. When cleaning the surface, use only neutral cleaners with a pH Factor between 7 and 10. In keeping with environmental stewardship, we encourage the use of environmentally friendly biodegradable cleaners with natural ingredients whenever possible. Please select a product:
Maintenance: EnviroTRAZ poured in place Terrazzo requires daily maintenance of only dry mop and weekly buffing -- saving on water, electricity, person-power, and all the associated costs. Maintenance of extremely high-use areas requires only neutral pH cleaners and water. Waxing of terrazzo is not required, and frankly is discouraged, further reducing costs along with harsh chemicals and waste. When maintenance is evaluated over the life of a finish, Terrazzo is highly cost-effective. Ask a janitorial service about Terrazzo – they will tell you that it is the easiest type of floor to maintain. Specs:
Maintenance: EnviroPLANK floor tiles are easily cleaned with neutral, biodegradable cleansers and water. Polishing of EnviroPLANK floors is optional and not required
Maintenance: EnviroSLAB is highly chemical resistant to common household stains. Just wipe clean with a damp cloth, and biodegradable orange oil or other spray cleanser. EnviroSLAB does not require periodic chemical sealing as do many other slab surfaces. If you wish, you can maintain the finish by applying a non-abrasive professional grade marble/granite polish such as Goddard’s Granite and Marble Polish. Specs:
